Product Information and Order Acceptance

Abu Garcia endeavors to provide accurate product details including pricing, descriptions, availability, and images. However, errors may occur. All orders placed are offers to purchase and require explicit acceptance by Abu Garcia.

Order acceptance depends on stock availability and price confirmation. Abu Garcia reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to pricing errors, insufficient stock, payment issues, or fraud prevention measures.

Order Processing and Shipping

Once accepted, orders generally require 1-3 business days for processing.

Delivery is estimated to take between 7-12 business days, depending on your location and shipping selections.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout prior to purchase completion.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the returned item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

All refunds will be issued solely to the original payment method used for purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.

After this timeframe, order processing may have started, making cancellation unavailable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Abu Garcia website, including text, graphics, trademarks, code, and design elements, are owned by Abu Garcia or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited and protected under intellectual property laws.
